  •    Do I pay Sales Tax?

    We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to New Jersey. If your order is being shipped to any other state in the U.S., sales tax will not be added.

     

  •    How can I find a store near me that sells Acme or Acme partner brand products?

    You will probably find the largest variety of Acme branded products, here on acme-usa.com. But if you just have to have your favorite product today, call us toll-free at 1-888-426-7627 or 1-800-822-8547. We will tell you which stores in your area carry our products.

  •    What if my on-line purchase arrived damaged?

    Acme International will arrange with UPS to pick up damaged product from you. There will have to be someone present when UPS arrives. A work address would be fine. The consumer is responsible for proper packaging of the return. Only items purchased online at www.acme-usa.com may be returned directly to Acme International Enterprises, Inc.

     

  •    Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

    No. At this time, Acme cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us with an alternate address.
