Items not shipped are not automatically backordered.
Accordingly, if the items not shipped are wanted a new order must be

Returns will only be accepted for damaged merchandise
and only with prior written authorization. Please contact Customer

to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

When ordering, only multiples of the minimum order
quantity amount will be shipped. Example: if an item's minimum quantity
is 6 pieces, orders of 6 pieces, 12 pieces, 18 pieces etc can only be
accepted and shipped. Please order accordingly to minimize delays in your shipments.
